Mercedes de Guardiola
Mercedes de Guardiola is a Communications Associate at Luminary Labs. She is passionate about helping clients across industries develop new audiences and engage them through thoughtful storytelling. She’s excited to support the continued advancement of Luminary Labs’ community management, marketing analytics, and content marketing.
Mercedes honed her digital marketing skills in previous roles at the Accion U.S. Network and Black Duck Software. Prior to joining Luminary Labs, Mercedes helped companies transform their brands and product innovation strategies. She brought company stories to life for a wide range of clients, including Google, Merck, and Lagunitas Brewing Company.
Mercedes received her B.A. from Dartmouth College with a double major in History and Art History. A native New Yorker, she is always excited to work on innovative solutions to community challenges; as a member of the New York Junior League, she chairs the Playground Improvement Project and was honored as a 2020 Woman to Watch. In her free time, Mercedes enjoys reading about history, exploring new art exhibitions, and boxing. Part of her recent work on the history of eugenics was published in the Spring/Summer 2019 issue of Vermont History.
