Benjamin is a Senior Associate at Luminary Labs. He is inspired by initiatives that require trying new things, meeting new people, and venturing into the unknown.

Prior to joining Luminary Labs, Benjamin spent two years in Medellin, Colombia, where he consulted with the city government on open innovation and data strategy. He organized the Medellin Data Council of over 100 private, public, and NGO stakeholders and helped to implement the city’s first open data portal.

Benjamin grew up between two worlds: Copenhagen and New York. He embraced the challenges and opportunities, translating the experience into a passion for getting to know people from all walks of life. He loves exploring the world and the kitchen cabinet alike.
