Betty Chang is an Analyst at Luminary Labs. As a systems thinker, she thrives on complex challenges, balancing creativity and logic to create impact for clients. She is particularly interested in how technology and innovation can accelerate new solutions to age-old problems and opportunities.
Prior to Luminary Labs, Betty was a Research Consultant at the United Nations Children’s Fund and the World Health Organization, where she designed and delivered data-centric innovation projects cross-cutting health, social protection, and education.
Betty received her B.A. in Biochemistry from McGill University. Outside the office, she is a passionate urbanist and can be found discovering (and rediscovering) public spaces across the city, and working on civic projects as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper.
