Susannah Littlewood

Susannah Littlewood is an Associate at Luminary Labs. Drawing on her interdisciplinary background, she approaches problems from multiple perspectives, bridges communication gaps, and connects ideas to generate creative and actionable solutions for clients.
Prior to joining Luminary Labs, Susannah was Partnerships and Development Manager at Trees for Cities. There, she coordinated the strategic development of a multistakeholder delivery program which saw the planting of over 90,000 trees across Greater London. She began her career at consultancy Anthesis Group, supporting the development of software solutions across key sustainability functions such as environmental and carbon footprinting, supply chain sustainability and compliance, and life cycle assessments. Most recently, she has provided strategy, partnerships and project management services in nonprofit and municipal contexts as an independent consultant.
Susannah holds a master’s degree in Environmental Management and Policy from the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics, Lund University, Sweden, with a thesis focusing on regional governance of the decarbonisation of heating. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Durham University, United Kingdom. Outside of work, you might find Susannah working her way through a cookbook, seeking out wild swimming spots, or on a long-distance train adventure. She has also been an amateur beekeeper. She is conversational in French.
