Chandler Pearson is a Senior Communications Associate at Luminary Labs, where she helps clients translate their most important ideas into clear, memorable messages. She excels at interpreting technical material, identifying the audiences that matter, and creating communications and engagement strategies across the firm’s focus areas.

Before joining Luminary Labs, Chandler worked in strategic communications at High Lantern Group. There, she helped senior leaders clarify complex problems, focus on the “so what,” and shape conversations that drive business and policy outcomes. Her experience includes crafting strategy presentations and board pitches for Fortune 500 executives; supporting product marketing for new and advanced technologies; collaborating with patient advocacy groups to elevate the patient voice; and planning high-stakes convenings. She has also helped establish public-private partnerships in the tech sector and conducted research to inform decision-making in international institutions.

Chandler holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Chandler enjoys vinyasa yoga and guessing the country of the day in Globle. Chandler is conversational in Spanish.
