As the People Operations Manager, Brian drives culture initiatives and serves as a resource for the Luminary Labs team. A self-professed ‘people geek,’ Brian’s primary interest is creating an exceptional employee experience and supporting staff so they can better meet the needs of their clients.

Brian comes to Luminary Labs from a position developing & leading Human Resources efforts for a luxury health & wellness company. Prior to that, he served as human resources manager and deputy general manager for the Lyric Theatre on Broadway where he worked on some of the largest shows in history including Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark and Cirque du Soleil Paramour.

Brian holds dual bachelor degrees in Sociology and Dramatic Art from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a native of Palo Alto, CA. When not at work, he is obsessed with the performing arts, pop culture, traveling the world and eating his way through New York City.
