Following an early venture capital round, an early-stage marketing technology firm sought Luminary Labs’ guidance on growth planning and organization.
Having recently raised a series A venture round, the firm sought to develop an organizational model to accelerate growth. With only 5 employees, Luminary Labs tackled overall organization, a rolling hiring plan, reporting structure and role descriptions.
Since this time, the company has grown to over 70 employees and been named to Crain's "Best Places to Work in NYC."
“Sara came into our organization and quickly took a deep understanding of our goals, vision and market opportunity. She was then able to help us crystallize a game plan which helped us grow the business 10 times in the next 18 months. Sara is a fantastic advisor, consultant and expert and we we’re thankful to have the opportunity to work with her.”
